Five steps to a quickie divorce - step one



Fill in the form called a "petition for divorce" which asks you to state the reason you wish a divorce to be granted.

Take the completed form and any other paperwork required to any divorce county court or to the Principal Registry in London if in England or Wales or to a Sheriff Court in Scotland.
